This report showcasing key insights from the 2022 USDA Census of Agriculture is exclusive to Resource Innovation Institute members & supporters. Data and visualizations are thoughtfully compiled to inform the state of and changes within the U.S. CEA sector to better understand the changes and opportunities within CEA for growers, vendors, and stakeholders who serve the industry. All of the raw data contained within this report is available within free USDA resources. This report aims to present that data to inform business development strategy and ultimately drive decision-making. Decisions are always better made with data informing them. 

Contained within is an overview of the CEA sector in the United States with insight into state- and crop-specific data, as well as current market size and 10-year change trends. RII knows how important it is for many members not just to see trends, but to be able to use that data in their own work. As such, members also have access to data tables on market size and top states throughout the report. Appendix 1 is filled with detailed data tables in easy spreadsheet form.
