Rachelle Winningham is the Product Marketing Manager (North America) for Horticulture LED Solutions at Signify, formerly known as Philips Lighting. Rachelle started in design engineering in the ballasts division of Philips Lighting in 1999 and was part of the Application Solutions team for Philips Research in North America before managing horticultural products. She works with her team of plant specialists to help customers tailor light treatments for their crops in greenhouse and indoor environments.
